Peanut Protein Balls

An easy snack made from 6 healthy ingredients, and only takes minutes to make!

 

 

Makes 4-6

 

½ cup of rolled oats

1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter

1 tbsp of honey

1 tablespoon of cacao nibs

Pinch of salt

 

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Split the mixture into 6 parts, then shape using your hands. These will last a week in the fridge.
