I strongly believe in informing my clients, empowering them with the knowledge to continue making progress outside the gym throughout their lives.

I believe this is what really makes the difference between a good trainer and an excellent one.

I meet too many people who were given a programme by a trainer, but so much was overlooked or not explained properly that it was of little use and soon gathered dust on a bookshelf.

This is not how I work - my clients are all able to make the change and make it permanent because they understand the principles underpinning what they do.

I grew up playing football and enjoyed the usual outdoor pursuits, which led me to start training in the gym.  I've been training seriously now for around 14 years and during this time, I completed a Degree in sports science and gained a Masters in Biomechanics.

This experience is an invaluable asset when it comes to my chosen career as a personal trainer.  My goal is to make your training productive so that every minute you spend with me brings you closer to your chosen goal.

When I'm not in my gym helping clients to develop their health, strength and fitness, I devote 99% of my free time to sport and training. Whether its playing tennis, golf, football or training in the gym, I thoroughly enjoy any physical pursuit and I use my gym time to help get the most from each sport.

Friends say I'm a bit obsessed, but I just think I'm very lucky I have a job that allows me to spend nearly all my time doing what I enjoy - and sharing that enjoyment with others so that they get as much from life as I do.
