Like so many others, my passion for fitness and sport has helped me to transform my life. Growing up, I was extremely overweight and didn’t have the knowledge or drive to make positive changes. Through learning some of the key fundamentals of both health and fitness through study and experience, I’ve been able to achieve a huge physical and mental transformation over the past five years. Health and fitness now form the foundation of my social, academic and working life.

For me, fitness isn’t just important for health – it should be fun, too. I’ve played football competitively both at university and currently in the Men’s Premier Hampshire league, which I find is a great way to meet people, challenge myself and stay in shape.

I bring this fun, dedication and motivation to every training plan, and am committed to achieving positive results with all my clients. At the end of the day, ‘your success is my success’!

From my own experience, I have learnt that the human body is extremely complex, and you can never stop learning. For this reason, I always keep up-to-date with the latest research to make sure I’m offering you sound, accurate and backed-up advice.

I want the healthy habits you make during your time with me to be permanent lifestyle changes, helping you to lead a healthier life. This is why I begin by motivating and educating clients on nutrition, lifestyle change and exercise. This equips you with all the tools necessary to keep reaching your goals in the long-term.

BSc (Hons) Degree in Sport and Exercise Science
National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science
Register of Exercise Professionals Advanced Level 3 (Personal Trainer)
Qualified First Aid
