I believe the benefits of exercise are not just about physical appearance and reducing the risk of illness, but also how it makes you feel on the inside. Having always had a healthy interest in sport, fitness and well-being, I’ve personally benefited hugely from maintaining an active lifestyle over the years.

As a mother of two, I understand how sometimes day to day life can get in the way of your exercise routine. I also know how intimidating it is if you’re new to the gym, or how de-motivating it can be to put in the hours in the gym and still not see results due to your body reaching a plateau. Whether you need to be gently eased into the world of physical activity or your body needs a kick start, I’m here to deliver that extra dose of motivation and guidance to get you there. After all, we all have to start somewhere!

Qualifications:

Personal Trainer – CYQ Level 3 Advanced Diploma – YMCAfit
Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million
